I've tried: Running without Steam (Desktop shortcut to LaunchGTAIV.exe). When I launch it, Rockstar Social Club just pops up asking me to log in and after I click Play or Play Offline, the game starts and commandline.txt doesn't work just as if it's ignored. Some people can't run GTAIV at 100 percent because their drivers have issues with the game, give links to the updated drivers (aka website URLs to NVIDIA and ATI main website, which btw ATI's main website is AMD's).I have GTA 4 on Steam and I use commandline.txt but it doesn't work. As I said, put a little more effort into this, seeing how there IS a tut there (which apparently can't be linked, but if you check the tutorials section for GTAIV, you will see it as the first tutorial). FPSB/RPGB is weird like that, you can't directly link to the place, it's still a duplicate, different way doesn't mean adding different pictures. In fact, if you look at this current link, it's not working. No, actually go look at the other/misc section of GTAIV and check the tutorials there. If you would have checked the submission, you could 1) see, that it's done in a different way and 2) that the other tutorial is not working. What you could do though to make it unique is adding graphics drivers websites for updating the drivers because most of the people (like may ATI card) get more FPS/fixes with updating drivers Sorry, even though this is pretty useful, it's practically already been done.
